The school's announcement recalls Attorney Gross's early career as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County: "During his tenure as a prosecutor, Scott handled thousands of criminal cases at all levels, many of which were high-profile matters followed by various media outlets." It also notes that Attorney Gross worked in the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Bureau-- an experience he brought with him to his next position as a family law attorney at one of the largest matrimonial firms on Long Island.
Looking back at his career so far and the education he received, Attorney Gross believes that Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center thoroughly prepared him for litigation. "Evidence and Trial Practice were the most important classes for my legal career," he told the school recently, "I felt confident and prepared stepping into the courtroom as an Assistant District Attorney, and was able to perfect my technique because of these classes and the professors at Touro Law."
